Arrival – Siem Reap, Cambodia

Welcome to Siem Reap, Cambodia. (IATA Siem Reap–Angkor Int’l Airport Code: SAI)
Upon arrival at airport by flight, you will be welcomed by local English-speaking guide who will escort you directly to hotel for relaxing. Note: Official check-in time at 2:00pm, early check-in subjects to room available.
You warm-up with a walking tour of about 2 hours through the charming town. You stop at Artisan d`Angkor, a complete arts and crafts training school and production workshops. The tour takes you to the riverbank which is linked by lofty trees along the famous river. Next, you stop at the Buddhist pagoda and the Spirit House of Preah Ang Chek Preah Ang Chorm and their holy story.
Your dinner will be served at Lum Orng Garden, the restaurant sets a village on the edge of Siem Reap. The food ingredient comes from seasonal produce from its organic farms and gardens, offering you a wonderful moment during your meal.

5:30-7:00, Get up early for an eye-catching sunrise at Angkor Wat, you might be lucky to see the sunlight rays clear for a dawn display of color over the towers, making the view towards the temple stunning. Enjoy breakfast at the temple site before jumping into the temple to escape the crowd.
7:00-9:00, – Explore Angkor Wat the world largest religious temple.
Continue hiking through small trails and local villages, observing daily life. Arrive at the grand Angkor Wat, the largest religious monument in the world. Your guide will lead a detailed walking tour through its galleries, towers, and bas-reliefs.
09:00-11:00 – Trek to Ta Prohm temple (3.5Km, 1 hour walk)
Continue hiking through small trails and local villages, observing daily life and venture off the beaten path through shaded forest trails towards Ta Prohm, the "Tomb Raider Temple" wrapped in jungle roots.
11:00-13:00 – Enjoy a local-style picnic lunch is on your own account in a shaded area near Srah Srang pond. Take time to relax and recharge for the afternoon trek.
13:00–17:00, Hike through the jungle to Bayon & Explore Angkor Thom (8Km, 2 hours walk)
Begin your hike through Angkor Thom's ancient city walls. Walking past the Terrace of the Elephants, Prasat Preah Palilay, Royal Enclosure, Phimeanakas, the Baphuon and discover the iconic Bayon Temple, famous for its giant stone faces and the showcase of Khmer empire period.
Get on tuk tuk for a short shuttle stop at South Gate – Sunset Viewpoint (Optional)
If time and energy allow, hike up to Bakheng Hill.
Tonight, you will have a well-deserved dinner at local restaurant with a traditional Apsara and the traditional dance show which you will enjoy during your dining.

After breakfast at hotel, you experience the serene beauty of the Cambodian countryside on this gentle 15km cycling adventure. Pedal through picturesque landscapes, passing through a fascinating pre-Angkorian temple. The journey ends at the lively Roluos Market, a vibrant local hub where you can mingle with vendors, try some local snacks, or just enjoy the colorful bustle of daily life.
Walk inside a Buddhist pagoda where you will experience a blessing ceremony. The monk will pray, wishing you happiness, good luck, and prosperity—a truly memorable moment!
After a refreshing break with snack and drink at a pagoda ground, start from here, you will be on vehicle and drive passing along the local village where you can see how rural life is. Upon arrival at the lake inlet, get on a private wooden boat from Kampong Phluk’s pier to visit the floating village on Tonle Sap lake.
Disembark at a local stile house for a picnic lunch that will be ready to serve and you will also view the reality doing of the people go about their daily life on the lake.
You still relax during mid-head day at villager home, then continue your boat excursion, a short stop and ride on a rowboat through an impressive flooded forest where you can enjoy paddling beneath shady trees makes you feel breathtaking with its romantic atmosphere; you may also taste local snack on board. Then the boat drives downstream onto the great lake of Tonle Sap where it offers you a close look at the submerged forest.
Note: Kampong Phluk may fully flood between Sep-Nov alternative floating village at Chong Kneas can be arranged instead during low water level.

Siem Reap – Kratie (Koh Trong island)

Early breakfast, 7:00am, overland drive to Kratie province (About 333 km approx. 6 hours drive). Stop at Chhlong to visit a tiny town with many beautiful French colonial houses and also Khmer architecture.
Kratie town is sleepy where you will be on a trip seeing the river towns along the Mekong. There are some nice-looking homes of French and Khmer style scattered about, adding to the pleasant feel of the place.

Afternoon, you may explore the town for a city tour including Wat Rokakandal, was constructed at the beginning of the 19th century. It is the oldest preserved pagoda in Cambodia.
Mid-afternoon, take a local ferry boat to Koh Trong island only a short 15 minutes boat ride away from Kratie.
Upon arrival, check-in your homestay for your accommodation and dinner tonight.
Then you are for leisurely cycling to explore the island. The narrow roads are perfectly designed for cycling with plenty of shade while simultaneously allowing you to pass close to villager homes. This allows travelers a more in-depth look into the lives of the local people of Koh Trong. Depending on the season, you may taste fruits, including grapefruit, which it is famous for. If you are lucky, you can see the sunset over the island and beach.

Kulen - Dolphine – Rattanakiri (Banlung)

After breakfast at homestay, take a local ferry back to mainland, and ready for your journeys continue to Banlung – Ratanakiri (252Km, approx. 4:00 hour drive).
A short travel north by along the river, upon arrival, our paddling kayak tour downstream through sand islands and the flooded forest and enjoying the unique perspective of seeing the freshwater Irrawaddy dolphins from your kayak, if you are lucky.

Rattanakiri - Virachey National Park Trekking

Today, you will be trekking at Virachey National Park, covering an area of 3,380.57 sq km. It is one of Cambodia's most remote and isolated jungles.
The park is largely unexplored, offering a diverse array of wildlife, waterfalls, and mountains. One of the highlights of this area is the Kalang Chouy sacred mountain trek, which offers exciting jungle treks ranging from one day to multiple days of adventure. During the trek, you can enjoy breathtaking mountain views, cross rivers, including a bamboo raft for a 2.5-hour journey and explore uncharted territories, providing a unique and memorable experience. You will see the local flora and fauna and encounter exotic and vulnerable wildlife. Additionally, you will gain insight into the Kavet indigenous hill tribe, whose livelihoods depend on the natural resources of the area.

Mondulkiri – Elephant Valley Project

Today, you will spend almost full day at Elephant Vallet Project which is striving to make this world a better place for the remaining elephants that share this earth with us. The tour starts from an amazing morning in one of the most biodiverse forests in Cambodia and observe some of our resident retired elephants! This is a completely unique experience spending time immersed in nature and observing former working elephants as they return to the forest and get to exhibit their natural behaviors again. During your guided hike you will learn about the histories of the elephants and elephant welfare, as well as the traditions and culture of the local Indigenous Bunoung people. Your hike will end at our forest base camp, set along the side of a valley looking into the Keo Seima Wildlife Sanctuary.
Enjoy a delicious lunch made by our local Bunong staff, rest in a hammock, and enjoy being truly immersed in nature. Depart back to Sen Monorom town after lunch at 2pm.

Phnom Penh

After breakfast at hotel, you will discover Cambodia’s dark history and horror of Phnom Penh’s past of its city. First head, visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former high school which was used as the notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21) by the Khmer Rouge regime.
You may go browsing through the colorful Russian Market, it is the place to shop for discounted brand-name clothing, also the best place in the city for wooden and stoned carvings, jewellery and silk souvenirs.
Then drive outskirts for a visit Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, a former orchard and mass grave of victims of the dark period. After the fall of the dark regime, graves containing about 8,895 bodies were discovered. A grim visit, but it is important site that will allow you to gain insight into Cambodia history.

Mid-afternoon, you will visit Royal Palace built in 1866, being as the official residence of the King. It is an excellent example of Khmer architecture with an element of French influence. Inside, you visit Throne Hall is where the king's general and official ceremonies and Silver Pagoda houses many national treasures such as gold and jeweled Buddha statues and inlaid with more than 5,000 silver tiles covering its floors.
You will climb up to visit Wat Phnom (Mountain Pagoda), which was built in 1372 as the founding place of the city. Inside the temple, you will experience the Chakkumpi "Khmer fortune teller" manuscript on palm-leaf performed by selecting passages of hazard or luck and drawing from them indications concerning future events—an authentic experience with Khmer belief.
Late afternoon, a private wooden boat will await you in a cozy atmospheric view for sunset cruise on the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers and watch how Phnom Penh’s popular riverfront comes to life in the early evening, with a fresh coconut juice for your degustation on board.
