• Arrival – Hanoi, Vietnam

  Breakfast Lunch Dinner

  Upon arrival at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, you will meet representative who will collect your passport and proceed the Fast-Track Immigration Assistance, you will be being guided directly through the facial recognition/priority security lane without having to wait in the regular queue.

  Then you will be warmly welcomed by your English-speaking guide and transferred to your luxury hotel in the heart of the city. (Check-in time: 14:00)

  The balanced morning & early afternoon, you take some time to settle into your elegant surroundings and relax after your international journey. 

  You may enjoy spa treatment or any services is on your own account at the hotel.

  This evening, welcome dinner will be served at Madame Hien, nestled in a beautifully restored French colonial villa, the restaurant offers refined Vietnamese cuisine inspired by traditional family recipes. Its elegant interiors, peaceful courtyard and warm ambiance create the perfect setting for a romantic evening in the heart of Hanoi.

• Hanoi – City Tour, Cooking Class

  Breakfast at the hotel. Begin your Hanoi discovery with a private guided visit to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam’s first national university and a beautiful symbol of the country’s scholarly heritage. 

  Continue through Ba Dinh Square and the historic area surrounding the Ho Chi Minh Complex, before strolling into Hanoi’s atmospheric French Quarter and Old Quarter. Along the way, admire colonial architecture, ancient temples, tree-lined streets and the everyday rhythm of local life, with your private guide bringing the city’s history and culture to life.

  The afternoon is free for you to relax and enjoy the hotel facilities or explore at your own pace.  

  Around 16:30, you will be transferred to a traditional local market. Explore the colorful stalls while learning how Vietnamese families select fresh herbs, vegetables, spices and other ingredients used in everyday cooking. Continue to an elegant garden villa of Rose Kitchen, where a professional chef introduces the flavors and techniques of northern Vietnamese cuisine. Enjoy a hands-on cooking session tailored exclusively to your party, preparing several traditional dishes using premium local ingredients. Afterwards, sit down in the tranquil garden setting to enjoy your freshly prepared dinner, accompanied by Vietnamese specialties and a refreshing local drink. • Hanoi – Halong Bay

  Depart Hanoi by private vehicle and Halong Bay, where you will be welcomed by the Capella Cruise team before boarding this elegant luxury vessel. Settle into your spacious suite, featuring a private balcony or terrace and ocean-view bathtub, then enjoy lunch as the cruise sails through the spectacular limestone landscapes of Halong and Lan Ha Bays. 

  In the afternoon, anchor in the tranquil Frog Lagoon area, where you can choose to kayak or paddle through emerald waters surrounded by dramatic limestone formations, or simply relax onboard with a swim in the Oasis Pool, unwind in the jacuzzi or enjoy the cruise's leisure facilities.

Later, join a Vietnamese cooking demonstration before enjoying a refined dinner in the Harmony of the Sea Restaurant. • Lan Ha Bay – Disembarkation – Hanoi – Danang – Hoi An

  Rise early for a gentle Tai Chi session on the Ocean Sky Sundeck, surrounded by the peaceful scenery of Lan Ha Bay, followed by a light breakfast onboard. 

  Continue to the beautiful Dark & Bright Cave, where you will explore the tranquil lagoon by traditional rowing boat or kayak, passing beneath limestone cliffs and into a serene natural setting surrounded by lush vegetation. 

  Return to the cruise for time to freshen up and enjoy a leisurely brunch while sailing back toward the port. After disembarkation, continue your private journey back to Hanoi Airport for your onward flight to Da Nang.

  Upon arrival, meet your private guide and continue by private vehicle to Hoi An, passing through the scenic central Vietnamese countryside.

  Begins with the city's historic landmarks, including the Central Post Office, the former French colonial quarter and the exterior of Notre-Dame Cathedral. Continue to the Reunification Palace, an important landmark in Vietnam's modern history.

  You will also stop in vibrant Chinatown with a visit to Thien Hau Pagoda, the city's oldest Chinese temple and an important spiritual center for the Chinese-Vietnamese community

  Rather than rushing between attractions, take time to appreciate the city's architecture, lively streets and local atmosphere, with your private guide sharing stories of Saigon past and present.

  As evening approaches, enjoy an exceptional culinary experience at Coco Dining, a Michelin-starred restaurant celebrated for its contemporary interpretation of Vietnamese cuisine. A seasonal tasting menu takes you on a refined journey through Vietnam's flavours and local ingredients.

  After breakfast, the day is free at leisure until transfer to airport for your departure flight for Phnom Penh by K6 817 @ 12:00-12:55.

  Upon arrival at Techo International Airport. You are personally assisted through priority immigration and airport procedures, with dedicated escort service from the aircraft gate through baggage collection and onward to the exit, including baggage assistance and buggy transportation for your convenience. 

  Ending the immigration process, meet your private guide and transfer to your hotel.

  Phnom Penh, founded in 1372 and was known as the "Pearl of Asia" and was considered one of the most beautiful cities built by the French during the colonial period in the region.

  Lunch is on your own account, or you may stop on the way to the airport.  

  The early afternoon is free at leisure. 

  Mid-afternoon, experience Phnom Penh from an extraordinary perspective aboard a 12-minute scenic helicopter flight. Lift off above the capital and admire breathtaking aerial views of the Mekong, Tonlé Sap and Bassac Rivers, the Royal Palace, Koh Pich (Diamond Island), the vibrant Riverside, and the city's modern skyline. This unforgettable flight offers a unique opportunity to capture spectacular photographs while enjoying one of Cambodia's most exclusive sightseeing experiences.

  Late afternoon, enjoy walking tour to explore former French Quarter which evident in the colonial shop-house, Belle Époque and Art Deco houses, public building animating the cityscape. The Quarter lies near Wat Phnom-the birthplace of Phnom Penh on the hill of the city where you will also visit.  Inside the temple, you will experience the Chakkumpi "Khmer fortune teller" manuscript on palm-leaf performed by selecting passages of hazard or luck and drawing from them indications concerning future events—an authentic experience with Khmer belief.

  Your dinner will be served at Aura Phnom Penh, which is an upscale causal rooftop restaurant, an elegant, refined sophistication providing a chic ambiance and live music that you will enjoy during your meal.

• Phnom Penh – City Tour

  After breakfast at hotel, you will visit Royal Palace built in 1866, being as the official residence of the King. It is an excellent example of Khmer architecture with an element of French influence. Inside, you visit Throne Hall is where the king's general and official ceremonies and Silver Pagoda house many national treasures such as gold and jeweled Buddha statues and inlaid with more than 5,000 silver tiles covering its floors.

  You will discover Cambodia’s dark history and the horror of Phnom Penh’s past in its city. First head, visit Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum, a former high school that was used as the notorious Security Prison 21 (S-21) by the Khmer Rouge regime. 

  Gain a deeper understanding of Cambodia's dark history at Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S-21) and learn how this tragic past continues to influence the country today. During your visit, you may have the rare opportunity to meet a survivor of Tuol Sleng, one of only a handful of people who lived through the prison. Mr. Mey will share his personal story and experiences as a prisoner, offering a deeply moving and human perspective on this difficult chapter of Cambodia's history. 

  Would you like go browsing through the colorful Russian Market? It is the place to shop for discounted brand-name clothing, also the best place in the city for wooden and stone carvings, jewelry and silk souvenirs.

  Lunch will be served at Sombok Restaurant, a contemporary Khmer fine dining venue celebrating Cambodia's culinary heritage with a modern touch. Led by Chef Kimsan, who also trained under Michelin-starred Chef Régis Marcon, the restaurant showcases locally sourced ingredients, refined Khmer flavours.

• Phnom Penh – Siem Reap

  After breakfast at hotel, this morning you will fly to Siem Reap by K6 105 @ 1025-1115. Upon arrival, meet your guide and transfer to hotel.

  Siem Reap is the gateway to the world’s most spectacular ancient temples, dating from 8th-13th centuries with their countless sculptured decorations and former Khmer capitals. 

  On the way from airport, your lunch will be served at Lum Orng, a fine dining and the first farm-to-table restaurant in a village on the edge of Siem Reap. The food ingredient comes from seasonal produce from its organic farms and gardens, offering you a wonderful moment during your meal. 

  Early afternoon is free at leisure.

  Late afternoon, as many visitors begin returning to their hotels, you explore the atmospheric Ta Prohm Temple. Walk beneath towering trees and through ancient galleries as the softer afternoon light filters through the forest, while giant roots embrace the weathered stones. Made famous by Lara Croft: Tomb Raider, Ta Prohm offers a magical and peaceful setting to experience Angkor's timeless beauty as the day begins to wind down.

  This evening, you will be entertained with a special performance of the circus at Phare Ponleu Selpak. It is an NGO that has improved the lives of children and young adults. Inside the campus, you will enjoy a spectacular show put on by a talented and energetic young performer. (Note: The one-hour show opens for the public daily at 8:00 pm.)

• Siem Reap – Sunrise at Angkor Wat

  Get up early for an eye-catching sunrise at Angkor Wat, you might be lucky to see the sunlight rays clear for a dawn display of color over the towers, making the view towards the temple stunning. Then you will have a refreshing breakfast and coffee before jumping into the discovery of the temple during less visitors.

  Angkor Wat was built in 1113-1150, the structure is said to be one of the world’s largest religious monuments. It appears to have been both the state temple and mausoleum, dedicating to the god Vishnu, then for Buddhists. The central tower reaches a height of 65 meters where you may also climb up and enjoy a breathtaking view. Angkor Wat symbolizes the soul of the Khmer people and graces every Cambodia's flag.

  Return to the hotel for main breakfast and enjoy hotel amenities the rest of the morning and afternoon.

• Siem Reap – Temple Tour – Departure

  If you want to escape from some crowds, you can depart from hotel 6:30am for the tour with a ride on a motor-remork (Cambodia tuk tuk) by the lady driver. It is the easiest and fun way to look around you on board, aside from supporting women. 

  You will visit the last capital of the Khmer Empire, Angkor Thom is literally "Great City" which was established in the early 12th century. Enter the capital through South Gate with its impressive sandstone carving, then continue to Bayon Temple sits at the heart of the capital. Its masterpiece consists of 54 standing towers with four huge smiling faces, and its outer gallery contains about 11000 bas-reliefs depicting heroic historical tales as well as scenes of Khmer daily life in that civilization.

  Begin your morning aboard a private traditional gondola boat, gliding silently along the tranquil moat of Angkor Thom as the ancient walls emerge in the soft morning light. Step ashore to explore the hidden temple of Prasat Chrung, a secluded sanctuary rarely visited by travellers, where sweeping views and the peaceful atmosphere invite quiet reflection.
